IMPROVISATION FIELD TECHNIQUE
The actor/acting student is trained in finding ways past mental noise, body ache and emotional confusion to a heightened concentration and a receptive state of being. He/she will learn how to identify and translate physical, emotional and verbal impulses into character, relation and situation. The story is already accessible in the energy field, and to allow it to speak through you, that is really the art.
Further more the student is trained in techniques for improvised dialogue, monologue, and Long Form for dramatic improvisation. IFT gives the student increased awareness and understanding of spatial- and emotional conciousness. The training is demanding and focused, and based on noetic sciences and the philosophical idea that everything is connected.
Sarah's teaching method is founded on the belief that everything blossoms in its right time. She is skilled at creating a safe and trustful working space and she has profound respect for the learning- and investigation process.
